Western House Developments is a family lead property and development company managed and directed by its founder Tony Marron. The company is highly experienced in all aspects of building from small-scale projects, refurbishments and luxury, high-end new builds.
Tony Marron – Company Owner and Director
Tony has over 40 years of experience, he has secured and worked on various build contracts of his own across the south and east of England. His work ranges from Grade II* restorations to modern design and build contracts. Tony has also worked on converting everything from chapels, barns and recently obtained his civic award for one of his riverside development. He has always been passionate about building and renovating properties.
Declan Marron, Cert. HE - Assistant Project Manager
Declan joined the company in 2019 and is learning on the job everything from management, accountings, contracts and many other practical skills. He is also currently studying a BSC (Hons) degree in building surveying with a aim of securing further knowledge and understanding of the industry.
